What William checks
Broadband
Out of contract? Most providers charge more once your deal ends. William checks what is live at your address, speed for speed.
Check my broadband →Mobile with a phone
Still paying the same after your phone is paid off? That is often the most expensive way to keep using it.
Check my mobile →SIM only
Check the data you actually use against what you pay for, on a network that works where you live. Keep your number with a PAC code.
Check my SIM →Energy (gas and electric)
On a variable tariff? Your bill moves every time the price cap does. William checks whether a fixed deal beats it, exit fees included.
Check my energy →Not on the call: insurance, loans, credit cards or banking. For those, use the comparisons on the site.

Questions people ask first
Is the call really free?
Yes. If you switch through the links William sends, the provider pays MoneyHQ a fee. You never pay more, and if staying put is best he will tell you.
Will you switch me yourselves?
No. William emails you links to the deals that beat what you pay, and you switch yourself, in your own time. For broadband your new provider handles the switch, so you usually do not need to call your old one. For mobile, you text your old network for a PAC code to keep your number.
What should I have ready for the call?
Your bills or the apps for them: what you pay each month, when each contract ends, and for energy your yearly usage in kWh if you can find it. A postcode is enough for William to check broadband at your address.
Which bills do you cover?
Broadband, mobile, SIM only, and gas and electricity. We do not cover insurance, loans, credit cards or banking on the call.
What happens to my details?
Calendly takes your booking. William uses your name, email and number only to call you and send you the deal links, and nothing is added to our newsletter unless you sign up yourself.
