Accessibility
Updated 9 August 2026
Money decisions affect everyone, so MoneyHQ should work for everyone. We aim for the WCAG 2.2 AA standard and treat anything that falls short as a bug.
What we’ve built
- Semantic headings and landmarks, so screen readers can move around the site properly.
- Full keyboard navigation with visible focus states on every control, including the comparison filters and sorts.
- Labels on forms and controls, and live announcements when result counts change.
- Text colours checked against the WCAG AA contrast threshold, a skip link to jump past the navigation, and layouts that work from small phones up and with browser zoom.
Known limitations
MoneyHQ is new and under active development, so some parts will still fall short. Video content is being produced with captions planned from the start, and we keep testing the comparison tools with keyboards and screen readers as they grow.
Tell us
If anything on MoneyHQ doesn’t work for you, email support@moneyhq.uk and tell us what happened and what you were using. We treat accessibility reports as bugs and prioritise them accordingly.
