What makes these different
The figures are live, not typed
Where a guide quotes a switching bonus, it reads the same records our comparison page serves, checked against the bank’s own page. A guide here cannot quote a deal that ended last month, because nobody typed the number in.
A named person wrote it
Every guide carries its author and the date it was last read through. If something in one is wrong, there is a person whose name is on it rather than a content team.
They tell you how to leave
A guide that only explains how to sign up is an advert. These spend as much space on cooling off periods, exit rights and the conditions that disqualify you.
