Is Plusnet broadband any good?
We think Plusnet is a top provider and is worth considering for broadband only packages. It regularly offers switch incentives alongside competitive speeds up to 900Mbps, however like most providers this usually comes with a 24-month contract and a scheduled annual price rise, which should be factored in when choosing whether it's suitable for you.
Plusnet has some of the lowest recorded complaints to Ofcom, with just 4 complaints per 100,000 broadband customers in Q1 of 2026. That compares with competitors like TalkTalk, who scored 10 per 100,000 customers. In Ofcom's customer service report, 91% of Plusnet customers were satisfied with their service overall, above the industry average of 84% (2024 data). This customer experience alongside its competitive pricing makes Plusnet a great provider which should be considered at your address.
