THIS WEEK

William, MoneyHQ deal editor

Hi there, William here.

Up to £400 cashback on a new phone, £240 for switching banks before 7 October, and 900Mbps broadband for £19 a month, 4.63% cash isa + more

Your deal editor at MoneyHQ. I check every offer myself and I tell you the catch before you click.

TL;DR

  • Cheapest deals on the new iPhones, plus up to £400 cashback on Samsungs: see if there is a cheaper deal out there for your phone and SIM. Compare phone deals →

  • Santander £240, ending soon: plenty of switch bonuses are available, but this one has a clear end date. See switch offers →

  • 900Mbps fibre for £19 a month: we saved someone £480 a year on broadband just this week. Not every address qualifies, so check yours. Compare broadband →

  • Top easy access cash ISA paying 4.63%: a variable rate from Chip, for new customers. Compare cash ISAs →

  • £300 for opening a Revolut Business account: for business owners, and it ends on 29 September. See the offer →

01 · MOBILE & SIM

New iPhone 18 prices, and up to £400 cashback on Samsungs

There has been a lot of demand for the new iPhones, and we have also seen some terrible deals out there, likely preying on people who do not know any better.

If you want the new iPhone 18, here is what we have found. Both are £29 upfront on a 24 month contract with 100GB of data.

  • iPhone 18 Pro: £56.99 a month

  • iPhone 18 Pro Max: £60.99 a month

More into Android? There is up to £400 cashback on Samsungs at the moment. Run a free comparison and take the cheapest.

The catch: mobiles are priced dynamically in comparisons, so you may see a deal which disappears after a few days.

02 · BANK SWITCHING

Santander £240, ending 7 October

If you want to bag £240 in free cash, this is the one to look at. It is the highest offer we have seen in a while, and unlike most of them it has a firm deadline.

How to get the £240:

  • Request the switch through the Current Account Switch Service before 7 October 2026.

  • Complete it within 60 days. CASS moves everything across and closes your old account.

  • Pay in £1,500 within 60 days of the request.

  • Have two active household Direct Debits on the account, such as council tax, utilities or a phone bill.

  • Open a Santander Regular Saver and put at least £200 in within 60 days.

The catch: if you have taken a Santander switch incentive before, you cannot have another. Only certain Direct Debits count, so check their terms before you start.

03 · BROADBAND

Toob: 900Mbps for £19 a month

A strong offer from the newer providers. Toob are doing 900Mbps for £19 a month, and Community Fibre have 500Mbps for £16.

If you are out of contract you can almost certainly do better than you are doing now. This week we saved someone £480 a year on their broadband.

A lot of addresses will not qualify for these two, but a free comparison still shows what is actually available where you live.

The catch: broadband offers and pricing differ from address to address. An offer you get may not be the same one in the next town.

04 · SAVINGS & ISAs

Chip easy access cash ISA paying 4.63%

Chip have always been a strong contender for savings, and they are now paying 4.63% variable on their easy access cash ISA. New customers only.

That headline rate is 3.5% plus a 1.13% boost which runs for 12 months.

The catch: when the 12 month boost ends the rate drops back to 3.5%, so set a reminder to move your money then. The rate is variable, so it can change before that too.

05 · BUSINESS BANKING

£300 for opening a Revolut Business account

This one is for business owners only, so skip it if that is not you.

Revolut are running a referral offer on their business accounts, and we are passing our share of it straight back to you. Sign up through our link, complete the steps below, and we will send you £300.

  • Sign up through our link and pass verification.

  • Order a physical card. Add it to Apple Pay to use it straight away.

  • Add or receive money.

  • Make at least £60 of purchases.

  • Email support@moneyhq.uk and we will send you the £300.

The catch: businesses only, and the offer ends on 29 September. Revolut's own terms apply to the account.

Come and ask MoneyHQ live

We go live on TikTok and find people the cheapest deal on the spot. Tell us what you are paying now and we will tell you there and then whether you can beat it.

  • Broadband: we found 900Mbps for £19 a month this week. Give us your postcode and we will see what is live at your address.

  • Phones: Samsung, Google or Apple, we will find you the cheapest way to get the one you actually want.

  • Energy and SIM only: same thing, worked out live while you watch.

There is no fixed slot yet, so follow us and TikTok will tell you the moment we go live.

William's take

I have spent a lot of time speaking to people live recently, and one thing comes up every single time. People do not realise what is actually out there.

Someone paying £60 a month for broadband, thinking that is just what it costs, when there are deals at under half that.

Whether you are comparing broadband, phones or energy, it is free and it takes about 30 seconds. The worst that happens is you lose 30 seconds and find out you were already on a good deal.

MoneyHQ compares products. It is not financial advice. If you are unsure, speak to a regulated adviser.

Other news

  • Gas and fuel prices are at their highest level since late 2022, so it is worth checking whether fixing beats the tariff you are on. Compare energy →

  • We have introduced tools to help make your financial life easier. See the tools →

  • The MoneyHQ app is coming very soon, which will make all of this even easier.
