3% cashback for the first year on everyday travel and eating out (fuel, EV charging, trains, restaurants, cafes and takeaways), and 0.25% on everything else. After the first year, 0.25% on all spending. Cashback is paid monthly. No monthly fee and no foreign exchange fees on purchases made abroad in the local currency. Representative 24.9% APR (variable), purchase rate 24.9% p.a. (variable). Balance transfers and money transfers earn no cashback, and cash withdrawals cost 3% (minimum £3). Santander's own worked example: £950 a month spent their way earns £111 in year one and about £28 a year after that.
