MoneyHQ in ChatGPT and Claude
What it does
- Broadband. Deals at your postcode with the total over the contract, side by side comparisons, the speed band a home needs, and broadband terms explained.
- SIM only and phones. SIM only plans and pay monthly contracts for a named phone, ranked by total contract cost, with two labelled picks beside the list: the lowest upfront cost, and the lowest total among unlimited data deals.
- Your bill. Whether you are overpaying against live deals, buying a phone outright against a contract, mid-contract price rises and your Ofcom rights, help to haggle, and broadband social tariffs.
- Money. Bank switching offers, savings and Cash ISA rates, the interest you would keep after tax, and the energy price cap at your usage.
- Reminders. Links to set a reminder before a contract ends or a rate changes, on moneyhq.uk. Nothing is collected in the chat.
Results are ranked only on the basis each answer states, such as the lowest total over the contract or the highest AER. There are no sponsored or paid places. Information only, not advice; MoneyHQ does not cover insurance, credit cards, loans or mortgages.

Your privacy, in brief
The assistant sends MoneyHQ only the details of your question. We use them to answer it and do not store them; a postcode goes once to our comparison partner to check what is available, and is not kept by us. For each question we count which tool answered, which assistant asked and whether it found results, with nothing that identifies you. We never receive your name, email address or chat history. The full detail is in our privacy policy, and the terms apply as they do on the site.
How MoneyHQ is paid
MoneyHQ may earn a commission if you take a deal through these links. It never changes the price you pay, or the order deals are shown in. More on how we make money.
